This is a perfect practice to unwind, let go of stress from the day, calm the mental chatter, and melt away tension that is being held within your body so you can fully enjoy yourself until bedtime. We will keep it low to the ground throughout our flow.
Join me on the mat with the intention of letting go any thoughts or to-dos from the day. Notice what it feels like to take this time for yourself.
