This practice is a feel good hatha yoga flow. With the hatha yoga style we will hold poses for 3-5 breaths so no rushing, we’ll just be connecting with your breath and enjoying the sensations you feel in your body while holding the pose, forming a deeper connection of body and mind. We will close with a seated yin pose to tend to your posterior chain.
While I do not use yoga props in the video, please do have all your props nearby so you can meet your body where it is at.
