This practice of tuning into your body, listening to how it feels & honoring what it tells you within each posture is a practice of mindfulness. Allowing this connection to your body to deepen. To be more self-aware will help you off the mat to live a more balanced life and feel your best! Our body knows what it needs, we just need to tune in, to listen, to honor.
