I know some mornings can be more crunched for time and I want to respect that and support you carving out time on the mat to tend to and connect with your body before you move throughout your day. While this practice is just over 10 minutes, it does a great job of being very close to a full body stretch. I don't believe you will need any props, but go ahead and have them nearby just in case! Enjoy!
