We’ll join together for day 15 the halfway point of our 30 day Morning Yoga Journey. Today’s practice is a wonderful way to take care of the health of your lower back.
If you have yoga blocks go ahead and have them nearby! If you don't that is perfectly okay too! You can do this practice without... but you may consider investing in some to see if they help to increase your yoga time on the mat!!
