Front Splits | Week 2 | Yoga Stretch Sequence 2

Week 2 Yoga Stretch Sequence 2 is to be practiced Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
You will need your yoga blocks, yoga strap and of course that water bottle of yours!
We will be taking the following poses:
- Head to Knee Forward Bend (w/strap)
- Half Hero begin to recline (optional w/block)
- Modified W2 pose
- Low Lunge with Quad Stretch (option w/block)
- Half Split Pose (option w/blocks)
