Front Splits | Week 3 | Yoga Stretch Sequence 1

Week 3 Yoga Stretch Sequence 1 is to be practiced Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
You will need your yoga blocks and fav go-to water bottle!
We will be exploring the following poses:
- Seated Pigeon Pose
- Modified Double Pigeon Pose (also known as firelog pose)
- 3 Legged Dog
- Pyramid Pose (option with blocks)
- Half Bow Pose
