Week 3 Yoga Stretch Sequence 2 is to be practiced Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
You will need your yoga blocks, yoga strap, and don’t forget your water bottle!
We will be taking the following poses:
- Butterfly Pose/Bound Angle
- Seated Forward Fold (w/strap)
- Low Lunge with Extended Fingertips
- Half Split Pose (option w/blocks)
- Modified Goddess Pose
