Guided Meditation to Experience the Healing Affect of Your Emotions Through ACCEPTANCE
This guided meditation will help you accept and experience your emotions just as they are.
Please do not think this meditation is only designed for times when your emotional wellbeing has taken a toll… it is also very much so for when you are feeling good, and any emotion in between. The intent of this practice has nothing to do with changing how you are feeling in this moment, but rather to accept the emotion whether you may view the emotion as positive or negative.
Emotions are energy within you, there is a place and time to directly work with emotional energy to shift from an emotion we view as negative to an emotion we view as positive… which can also be the easier route rather than accepting and allowing ourselves to feel our emotions exactly as they are.
You may find that in allowing yourself to accept and feel this emotion, it can soften, release, or naturally unfold to whatever the next emotion maybe.
Let's explore this from the standpoint of emotions we often consider positive like happiness, excitement, joy – sometimes rather than allowing ourselves to accept and feel these emotions we express them through actions, which isn’t terrible, but we deprive ourselves of fully experiencing that emotional state within.
Your emotions are beautiful, and all serve of purpose.
Let’s sit with, accept and feel them out understanding how that can heal and create a sense of balance from within.
