Let's give your lower back some love with the use of gentle spinal flexions, extensions, and twists. Our practice today is the shortest one so really take the time today to tend to your body with care, awareness, and mindfulness. I want you to think of this practice as a way to assist in healing and preventive care of your lower back health as many of us, at some point in our life, experience back pain whether most of the day is spent sitting or very active and anything in between. I just use 1 yoga block today. A firm couch pillow will also do the trick for the pose we use it for in this practice.
