The practice is full of juicy poses that I love (especially first thing in the morning). This practice is dedicated to healthy movement, flexibility and strength of your spine and side-body. The tighter your side-body is, the less freedom you have in your torso, restricting everything from your mobility to your ability take those full deep nourishing, calming breaths. I will be using yoga blocks so have those handy (or your stack of heavy books) and of course, have all your props nearby in case one of them calls to you to use them.
