This is day 30 of Front Splits yoga journey! You have arrived! This is our full-length practice. I encourage you to set your phone or some device up to record yourself doing the yoga practice so you can take screenshots of yourself in the front splits on both sides for your after picture. Also to create a fun time-lapse video for yourself or to post on Facebook, Instragram, on your Stories to celebrate your 30 day successful completion. Be sure to tag @awakenedactions!
The first half of our practice is a yin yoga sequence, then we will move into a hatha yoga flow. This is SUCH a delicious sequence for your hips, hamstrings, psoas, quads, providing your body an amazing deep stretch and opening preparing you to move into the front splits. For our practice have your yoga strap, yoga blocks and bolsters or pillows, any props needed to move into the front splits.
