This is the first practice (Part 1) in the Yoga to Get Lost In The Flow Series.
This is our foundational practice! We stay low to the ground, root in to set the tone. We will grow from there in the following 5 practices, literally moving from the ground up in each practice!
This is a gentle seated yoga practice that is great for beginners. This 15 min hatha flow will open your body in preparation of what is ahead in the future practices of this series.
I don’t use any props in this video, but we will be sitting in a cross legged seat for about 8 minutes so a pillow may be helpful to sit upon to invite ease into your hips.
Take your time. Create your own experience. Find your own feel good pace, your own feel good rhythm, allow yourself to get lost in the flow.
