This is the second practice (Part 2) in the Yoga to Get Lost In The Flow Series. Welcome to the second practice of our 6 part series.
The first portion of this practice will be the same as Part 1, then we will transition into the new sequence of this practice that will continue the gentle hatha flow, but we will transition from our seated flow to a sequence that is focused around table top pose.
I don’t use any props in this video, but if you prefer to sit upon a for the seated sequence have a pillow or yoga bolster nearby and we do move into some poses today that might be helpful to have yoga blocks nearby to meet your body where it is at.
Take your time. Create your own experience. Find your own feel good pace, your own feel good rhythm, allow yourself to get lost in the flow.
