Before we get started, check out the introduction video about this 6 part yoga series as it’s intentions and layout are very unique!
This is the third practice (Part 3) in the Yoga to Get Lost In The Flow Series.
The first portion of this practice will be the same as Part 2, then we will transition into the new sequence that will weave in vinyasa yoga through sun salutations to begin to warm up your body and get the juices flowing.
This part will be very minimal cues allowing you the opportunity to truly experience what it feels like to flow their breath with the movement so much it feels like a moving meditation.
I don’t use any props in this video, but have that prop if needed to sit upon for the seated sequence and yoga blocks to help meet your body where it is as.I’ll join you seated on the mat.
Take your time. Create your own experience. Find your own feel good pace, your own feel good rhythm, allow yourself to get lost in the flow.
