Before we get started, check out the introduction video about this 6 part yoga series as it’s intentions and layout are very unique!
This is the forth practice (Part 4) in the Yoga to Get Lost In The Flow Series.
We are more than half way through the series so I really want you to pay attention and see if you notice if you are more easily able to hold certain poses, maybe have a little more flexibility and mobility and small changes you notice of your body in the various poses and the transitions with the repetition of our practice.
The first portion of this practice will be the same as video 3, then we will transition into the new sequence that will flow through a hatha low lunge series that your lower body will thoroughly enjoy, tending to your hips, hamstrings and quads.
We will continue the theme of minimal cues to allow you to create your own experience, enjoying the movement of your body and developing a deeper mind body connection.
In this practice I do use 2 yoga blocks and as always have that prop if needed to sit upon for the seated sequence… are you potentially more comfortably able to sit in your cross leg seat?
Take your time. Create your own experience. Find your own feel good pace, your own feel good rhythm, allow yourself to get lost in the flow.
Xoxo
