Join me on the mat to cultivate self love in this 20 minute yoga practice. We will fill you up with love from the tip of your toes to the crown of your head. Love for yourself & love for your body.
Love for one’s self is at the core of everything in our life, the way we feel emotionally & physically, the way we eat, our relationship with food, the way we move, the we interact with others. When we practice self love we have inner happiness, confidence and peace of mind. Many of us are our own worst critic. We beat ourselves up. We talk to ourself in a way that we would never allow anyone else to. If you have any thoughts that loving yourself is selfish or egotistical, let’s try to let that go today and embrace that your essence is love.
Self love enables you to make healthier choices across all avenues of your life. With self love we are more genuinely loving towards others.
Set a loving mood for yourself by lighting a candle or burning some incense.
