Join me for this 15-minute Vinyasa Yoga for Hips routine. Stretch and breathe deep in this quick vinyasa yoga class as you open your hips, hamstrings and lower back. I’m sharing some of my go-to poses I incorporate when I’m experiencing lower back tension that I know is from my body calling me to do some hip focused yoga love.
Tune in & connect with your body within each pose. Really use your breath as we flow to get exactly what your body needs. As you breathe, release anything that no longer supports your balanced, healthy body & mind.
