Yin for Tension Release and Whale Watching (50 min yin practice)

We went to a beach in Todos Santos and was blessed with whales close to the shore the entire time so you will have to excuse me as I do get a little distracted time to time as Adam is consistently calling out to me ‘oh babe look look’, ‘oh babe look now, look now’ 😄
You will need a yoga strap for this practice, if you don't have a yoga strap go ahead and find yourself a soft belt that you can use instead, there really is no way we can do the poses we will do without them.
A blanket, firm pillow, bolster, yoga blocks will all be great to have nearby.
This sequence will focus on certain areas of the body that we often hold tension or that are strained throughout our days beginning from our tootsies up to our neck.
One last thing, you will need some lotion too! So grab your favorite scented lotion. Hope into something comfy and join me seated on the mat.
