Morning Full Body to Open and Lengthen Your Body is a fusion of Hatha and Yin Yoga. The combination of these two styles is my all time fav, ESPECIALLY for a morning practice! It provides a nice balance of flow and movement for the physical body, and the longer holds of Yin provide the opportunity to journey inward and nurture your emotional body for a self-loving practice. And what a way that is to start the day!
This morning yoga practice will help your full body awaken by incorporating poses and cues to open and length. You will start your day fully present in this moment. May you carry the tools of this practice with you off the mat and into your day!
