Welcome to Day 17! This was filmed at our latest AirBNB in Los Cabos with some very pretty vines in the background that didn’t come through the greatest in the video : / I do hope you enjoy the change of environment. If you have yoga blocks this would be a great practice to have them nearby as there will be many opportunities to incorporate them throughout the practice… especially if you are practicing this very close to the time you wake up! Blocks would be great in reclined butterfly under each leg, half split underneath your each palm as you hinge forward, and maybe even to sit upon or recline back to when in our 2nd yin pose (half saddle).
