Love Morning Yoga! This 20-minute yoga practice will set the tone for an amazing, feel good day. A gentle practice to help you connect & tune in with every part of your body.
We'll start your day tuning into your mindful side and developing a deeper connection to your body. This will allow you to eat more mindfully by identifying & honoring your body’s hunger & satiety cues... develop a better understanding of what foods work for you body vs. those that leave you feeling not so great.... notice feelings of stress, frustration, anger rising in you and be able to take action before the emotion consumes you. You can take a pause, breathe or go for a walk to release & let go what doesn’t support your healthy, balanced body & mind.
Cultivate a morning ritual that serves you and sets you up for an amazing day feeling your happiest, healthiest self!
