Time to share some love with our feet! Trust me, even if you don’t think your feet need a little tending to, they will truly benefit! So, whether you are tending to a foot issue or always thinking prevention (like me!), join me for this short practice to give your feet a little TLC.
As we flow, take note of the stretches/poses that feel extra nice so you can incorporate them in on the regular. Adding them in to your current yoga practice or taking few minutes while watching TV at the end of a work day.
Time for tootsie TLC!
