Getting Lost in the Flow | 6 Part Mini-Series
This series is a fusion of three different styles of yoga.
Vinyasa yoga to warm up the body and get the juices flowing.
Hatha yoga to form that deep connection with your body.
Yin yoga to nourish your mind, body, spirit.
This series is all about the practitioner becoming so familiar with the flow that it allows you to be in a moving meditation - which is why this is titled: Get Lost in the Flow.
You will get to experience repetition of each sequence, each pose, each transition, which can be very nice and empowering as it allows you to flow more easefully each time your return to the practice allowing you to...
