Week 4 Yin Yoga Practice is to be practiced on Sunday.
You will need your yoga blocks and any props needed for full front split pose! Have your water bottle nearby!
We will be taking yin asana variations of the poses we did Thursday through Saturday along with taking full split pose.
- Square Pose
- Winged Dragon Pose
- Twisted Dragon
- Half Split or Full Split... or somewhere in between : )
