Yoga Stretch Sequence 1 is to be practiced on Monday.
You will need your yoga strap/belt and water bottle!
We will be taking the following poses:
- Head to Knee Forward Bend (w/strap)
- High Lunge
- Dancer’s Pose
- Pigeon Pose
- Forward Fold (option w/ Spinal Waves)
