Hop onto the mat for this 30-minute yoga practice that focuses on hamstring stretches for flexibility. Tending to our hamstrings means we are also nurturing low back pain, hip flexibility, and potential knee pain stemming from tight hamstrings.
Find ease as we increase flexibility and stability in the backs of the legs and stretch the full body.
Have 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap or belt handy!
