30 Day Morning Yoga to Create Your Morning Ritual

I hope you are ready for a peaceful, soothing morning yoga experience. This is a Hatha yoga practice with a pranayama practice incorporated. I don’t use any props, but 2 yoga blocks and a rolled up blanket or a pillow to sit up on may be helpful to support your body. Hop into something comfy, light a candle or burn some incense setting a loving environment for yourself and I’ll join you seated on the mat.
