Good Morning Friend! This is our final Hatha-Yin Fusion practice of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Journey! This one happens to be my favorite (thinking I saved the best for last 🤞). 2 Yoga Blocks, a rolled up blanket and/or pillow and yoga bolster may be helpful to fill the gap between you and the earth in our yin poses whether that be resting your torso to a pillow/bolster in caterpillar, butterfly or sleeping swan. A blanket/pillow under your seat in caterpillar or butterfly to help tilt your pelvis forward… or maybe blanket/pillows under your hips during sleeping swan. Props props props! They love to support you!!!
