30 Day Morning Yoga to Create Your Morning Ritual

This is our 2nd sunrise flow of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Journey. I like to make my Sunrise flows more of a vinyasa flow nature flowing 1 breath per movement to awaken our body by uniting our body and breath through movement. There is one flow we take where having a yoga block may be very beneficial to bring the earth up to you to promote space and openness across your chest… I forgot my yoga block so I improvised with the help of my 4-legged friend.
