I have a deep stretch yoga sequence for hamstring flexibility for you! If you typically do not use any props in your practice, I invite you to change it up and grab your yoga strap. or a belt will do the trick too, and some yoga blocks. Have fun exploring the use of props and seeing if they can help your alignment and maybe deepen the stretch and deepen your connection with your body.
