35 Minute Morning Yoga to Set Your Intention

This 35 minute morning yoga practice will set an amazing intention for your body and mind for the day ahead.
This morning yoga practice integrates setting your intention for not only the yoga practice, but also the day ahead. Move through your day focused and with intention!
Taking this time in the morning to open your body, invite movement in, (physical body) and to tune in and connect with your body on a deeper level (emotional body). This can help lower stress levels throughout the day, be clearer minded, and more energized. If you are someone who struggles with emotional eating or distracted eating this can help you slow down mentally, inviting you to be more mindful of your actions (mindful eating) and your body (awareness of sensations and cues) allowing you to distinguish between the urge to eat due to your body’s physical hunger cues vs. when it’s an emotional impulse that drives you to eat out of your feelings.
I would love to hear from you on what starting your day with a morning yoga practice does for you?!?!
